In honor of women's history month, we thought we'd offer up some ideas for the women of Wooster! A girls' night out is a great opportunity to catch up with your besties, let your hair down, and have some much-needed fun. But coming up with ideas for a girls' night out can sometimes be a challenge. Here are a few suggestions to get your creativity flowing:

1. Go out for dinner and drinks: This classic girls' night out activity never goes out of style. Choose a cozy restaurant, like City Square Steakhouse or Broken Rocks, or trendy bar (Grigio, anyone?) and catch up over a delicious meal and some cocktails. Don't forget to take lots of selfies!
2. Have a spa night: Treat yourselves to a relaxing evening of pampering. You can either go to one of Wooster's amazing spas, like Cutters Hair Studio & Spa, visit the Salt Grotto, or create your own spa experience at home. Set up a massage station and give each other facials and manicures!
3. Go to a concert or show: Get dressed up and hit the town for a night of live music or a performance. Muddy's and The Leaf have great live music nights. Or, if you're looking for a little more culture, take in a performance of the Ohio Light Opera!
4. Host a movie marathon: Invite your friends over for a night of nostalgia and comfort food. Pick a theme (like romantic comedies or horror movies) and get ready to snuggle up on the couch with some local treats from Local Roots!
5. Take a dance class: Get your groove on and try something new by signing up for a dance class. You and your friends can learn some new moves and have a blast in the process. Try Zumba or Pound Fitness at Flex Yoga!
6. Mark your calendar for our free Ladies Night Out event on Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 5 - 8 p.m. This year, we're doing it Cowgirl-style, so put on your western boots and hat and prepare to line dance to country music!

No matter what you choose to do, the most important thing is to spend quality time with your friends and have a good time. So grab your besties and get ready for a night to remember in Wooster!
