Executive Director - Shannon Waller

Shannon Waller has served as Main Street Wooster's Executive Director since 2019.  Her prior leadership roles include COO of the Humane Society of Summit County, Executive Director of the Medina County SPCA, and President of Team Dynamics, a national wholesale company founded by her father.  She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce, the Wooster Rotary Club, and FoodSphere - the Entrepreneurial Center at Local Roots. She grew up in Doylestown, Ohio, attended college in Santa Barbara, and graduated from Hastings College of Law in San Francisco.

Project Manager - Kerri Kiel

Kerri Kiel grew up in Wooster and attended college at The Ohio State University and received a degree in history. She has experience as a Marketing Director with Paragon Physical Medicine and as an Event Specialist with the Connection Conference & Event Center. Kerri serves as board member for The United Way of Wayne & Holmes Counties as well as The Wayne County Historical Society. She is also a committee member for the Wayne County Home & Garden Show. Kerri is passionate about the Wooster community and Main Street Wooster's mission to keep its historic downtown thriving.

Farmers Market Coordinator - Morgan Lang

Morgan Lang is a Wooster based farmer and local food advocate with a strong background in supporting local producers and community minded food systems. She and her husband, Forrest, run their farm ADF Acres where they produce pasture-raised pork, chicken, eggs, and vegetables. Through this role, as well as previous roles at Local Roots Market & Café and Canaan Meats, Morgan has gained hands-on experience working with farmers, vendors, and customers. She is also actively involved in the Wooster community and serves as a committee member of the Wayne County Home & Garden Show. Morgan is excited to be able to support Main Street Wooster and local agriculture by continuing the success of the Downtown Wooster Farmers Market.

Concert Series Coordinator - Elizabeth Canté

Elizabeth Canté is the Concert Series Coordinator for Main Street Wooster. Originally from Rhode Island, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Media & Communications and a Master’s degree in Homeland Security from Johnson & Wales University. Her graduate studies brought her and her husband to Wooster, where she worked with the American Red Cross supporting disaster response efforts at both the local and national levels. Through this work, Elizabeth developed a deep appreciation for community resilience, collaboration, and the importance of bringing people together in meaningful ways.


Elizabeth and her husband welcomed their first child in Wooster and have proudly made the community their home. She is also a co-owner of Tiny Tots Playroom, a local business focused on creating welcoming spaces for families. Through her work with Main Street Wooster, Elizabeth is passionate about building community, celebrating local talent, and creating memorable experiences downtown.
