Popularly known as the ‘Gateway to Amish country,’ Wooster adores a special spot in Northeast Ohio with its delightful culture and cuisine. The county seat of Wayne County was established in 1808 by John Bever, William Henry, and Joseph Larwill and renamed as ‘Wooster’ after David Wooster, a general who served the American revolutionary war. With a population of 26119 at the 2010 census, Wooster ranks amongst the top 10 micro cities for business friendliness and strategy ( North America, 2013). See more
